Job Description

Job description:
Come be part of a growing leader in the multi-family industry with apartments throughout the Southeast. Landmark Apartment Trust owns and operates thousands of premium apartments, yet we still manage to take the time to know our residents by name. Why? Because we believe in our Company's motto, "We Care to Make a Difference"; it applies in every area of our working culture. It's a place where team work is encouraged and rewarded with appreciation and advancement. We set the industry standard by hiring the very best talent, people who want to take initiative, work hard and exceed expectations. If that describes you and if you would like to actually work in an environment where YOU can make a difference, we would love to hear from you! We are looking for the right candidate to join our community leadership team to oversee the day to day operations of a community; enhancing the value of the property, employing and developing the team and maintaining positive resident relations.
Responsibilities:
Leasing Consultants are required to handle the leasing process on the property, including qualifying prospects, answering the telephone, obtaining an appointment with the prospect, showing the property and leasing available units. You are the first impression that the future or current resident will come into contact with. You will learn Landmark Apartment Trust's sophisticated sales techniques, and you'll play a key role in attracting new tenants and renewing existing tenants. You will be expected to know your market inside out, including the strengths and weaknesses of our competition. You'll work directly with an experienced Community Director and you'll have the benefit of Landmark Apartment Trust's extensive resources behind you.
